Ingredients
425g mexican refried pinto beans
1 large egg
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 small red onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch Scallion, chopped
250g red nacho jalapeno chillies, sliced
flour
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Mix together all ingredients but flour and oil. Form into patties. Coat with flour and saute in oil for 4 minutes per side. Serve like a burger.
