Tastequest distribute products throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Deliveries can be organised to the Rest of the World by arrangement

Minimum Order
The minimum order is one mixed pallet of Goods packed in full Layer quantities.  Pallets must be composed of either Frozen or Chilled/Ambient Goods. Frozen and Chilled/Ambient Goods can not be miexed on the same pallet. Orders for less than 1 pallet are by arrangement only.

Pallets
As a standard, products are packed on standard UK 4 way Pallets. Product can be despatched on Euro Pallets by request. Please note that the layer and Pallet configurations are different for each type of Pallet.

Delivery
UK (England): We aim to provide a day 4 delivery for Orders placed on Day 1
UK (Scotland): We aim to provide a day 5 delivery for Ordesr placed on Day 1
Other Locations: Our Sales office will confirm delivery date on receipt of order

Collection
Customers are free to arrange collection of their goods. The Sales Office will notify customers when orders are available to collect.
We aim to provide Day 1 for Day 3 collection

Notification
Sales Orders acknowlegdements will be e-mailed on receipt of order to confirm delivery date and quantities.

Paperwork
All orders will be despatched with an accompanying Delivery Note. All deliveries need to be checked and signed for at the point of delivery.
